If your child is in Year Five or Six you are most likely thinking about their transfer to secondary school. We would encourage you to begin thinking about the secondary school that you would like you child to transfer to during Year Five. Look out for opportunities to visit the prospective secondary schools which would enable you to find out more about each school.
Our children mainly transition into the following secondary schools:
- Westlakes Academy, Egremont
- St Bendedicts, Whitehaven
- Whitehaven Academy, Whitehaven.
Some of our children travel further afield such as Cockermouth or Keswick for the next stage of their education.
